It has not been proved that Viagra passes through the mother’s breast milk to affect a nursing baby, however the prescribing doctor should have no justifiable reason to prescribe this drug for a woman.

When the little blue tablets are consumed on an empty stomach, sildenafil citrate, the active ingredient in Viagra, may react with acids in the stomach more harshly than when the stomach has food in it.

However, some foods rich in fatty content make the working of this drug slower. This means that the food that is eaten before using Viagra should be low in fat, preferably, though it is not a requirement for reducing nausea.
